HEALTH/DENTAL/VISION

We offer a variety of health insurance options so employees can choose a plan that best meets their lifestyle and budget.  We currently cover 70% of the employee's health insurance premiums and 60% of the employee's first three dependents' insurance premiums. Insurance can be expensive and we want our employees to have peace of mind knowing they can receive the health care that they need.                 

TIME OFF

All of our employees start with one week of paid vacation per year and that time increases up to four weeks the longer an employee is with us. We also provide eight paid holidays and three days of sick leave per year.

COMPENSATION

We strive to pay above-market rates for all of our positions. We offer competitive compensation packages and have a history of promoting from within our Family of Companies.

401K AND Safe Habor Programs

We offer our full-time employees 401K and Safe Harbor programs to help them plan for retirement and share in our growth and success. The company contributes 3% of the employee's gross annual wages into a 401K on the employee's behalf, regardless of whether the employee contributes.
