Role Summary

Cloacina LLC is looking for a Project Manager to support projects for our pre-packaged wastewater treatment plants. The Project Manager works with clients, contractors, Sales, Production, and Design/Engineering to coordinate project requirements, schedules, purchasing, and deliverables.

This position is based in Arroyo Grande, a coastal city located minutes from Pismo Beach.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and contractors regarding projects under contract.
• Work with Marketing and Sales to develop accurate project bids and proposals.
• Specify and purchase pumps, blowers, valves, fittings, and other project equipment.
• Work with the production shop to meet project-specific time frames.
• Work with Design/Engineering to develop production subassemblies and project-specific shop drawings.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Partner with business stakeholders.
• Work with vendors.
• Perform quality control.
• Provide team leadership.
• Manage project documentation.
• Estimate time and costs.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Monitor and report project progress.

Qualifications & Additional Information

• Experience in the wastewater or water treatment industry is an advantage, but is not required.
• Applicants must have a clean DMV record.
• Occasional travel may be involved.
