Cloacina was founded in 2007 when the owners were serving on the management team of a wastewater operations and maintenance company. The number of local wineries grew substantially and regional water and wastewater regulations tightened. Cloacina’s owners were installing, operating and maintaining competitors’ wastewater treatment systems and saw the need for higher quality plants for the wine industry. Unable to find a package wastewater treatment plant that met their technical requirements and standards, they launched Cloacina and began revolutionizing the industry. Cloacina knows the wine industry better and has more winery installations than any other package plant manufacturer or industrial consultant.
