The MEMPAC-S takes domestic wastewater out of the gravity sewer, treats it to reuse standards and then discharges it for irrigation purposes, industrial or commercial water usage or recharges groundwater using direct injection.
At the end of 2016, after experiencing another year of rapid growth, Cloacina installed a large-scale solar system. This system generates 90 – 100% of the power needed each month, depending on the number of fabrication shifts being run to meet production demands.
