FINANCING OPTIONS

In addition to traditional purchases, Cloacina is proud to have partnered with lending institutions to offer qualified clients equipment leases on most of our package wastewater treatment plants and equipment.

A lease may be the right fit for clients if any of the following is applicable:

• The client wants 100% financing which includes costs such as freight, installation, training and warranties

• They want to depreciate the equipment and deduct interest payments

• The asset has a very long useful life

• The client wishes to own the equipment at the end of the lease

• The client wishes to use payments currently being made as sewer surcharges to finance the capital equipment
