About Cloacina
Cloacina serves the water and wastewater industry with a focus on innovative solutions and long-term relationships. We operate as a highly intentional, collaborative team that values clarity, accountability, and follow-through. Our team is structured to promote shared responsibility, autonomy, and practical execution across roles.
As we continue to grow, we are expanding our marketing capabilities with a hands-on role that supports both video production and digital marketing efforts.
About the Role
This role is a hands-on, in-person position focused on supporting Cloacina’s video and digital marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our lead content producer across video production, content creation, and digital marketing, while helping keep day-to-day work moving forward.
This is not a purely executional or task-based role. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated to figure things out. You won’t be expected to know everything coming in—but you should already have a working familiarity with video production basics (through school, personal projects, or freelance work) and be comfortable building on that foundation quickly.
Day-to-day work will vary. Some days may be focused on filming, capturing content, or supporting video production. Other days may involve building emails, scheduling content, organizing media, coordinating logistics, or handling operational tasks that keep projects moving. Flexibility and a strong sense of ownership are essential.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. You’ll gain hands-on experience across video production, content creation, and marketing systems, with the opportunity to build real capability over time. As you develop, the scope of the role will expand based on your strengths, performance, and initiative.
We operate as a lean, collaborative team. That means being willing to step in where needed, take responsibility for your work, and contribute to momentum—even when the task isn’t the most exciting part of the job.
