  • Cloacina provided a MEMPAC-I to a new winery with plans for future expansion
  • The project was the first membrane bioreactor pretreatment system in the City of Paso Robles, CA
  • The city source control staff was so impressed with the system’s performance that it was recommended to another local winery that was having difficulty meeting discharge requirements
  • The Cloacina system was built in modules to allow for future growth
  • The MEMPAC-I was built on-site to meet a very short construction deadlines before the first harvest
  • After the first harvest, an irrigation pump station was added to use the treated effluent for on-site irrigation of ornamental landscaping
  • The system was expanded in 2014 to include an additional equalization tank to accommodate an increase in production without additional treatment
